By using the services of Norwood Keepsakes, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our services include converting photographs, VHS tapes, and DVDs to digital formats. All media submitted to us must be your own property, or you must have the legal right to reproduce and convert it. We are not responsible for any copyright infringement arising from the materials you provide.
We handle all media with the utmost care, but due to the age and condition of some items, there is always a small risk of damage during processing. While we take every precaution to protect your materials, we cannot guarantee that all content will be fully recoverable. If media cannot be converted due to damage, deterioration, or incompatibility, we will notify you promptly. In such cases, you will receive a full refund for that specific item’s conversion fee. Refunds do not apply to items that have been successfully converted, nor do they cover pre-existing damage or loss not caused by our handling.
Payment for services is due upon order placement, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on the volume of materials and their condition. All digital files provided are for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
By submitting your materials to Norwood Keepsakes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. We may update these terms from time to time, and changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

At Norwood Keepsakes, your satisfaction is important to us. Because our services involve converting personal media (such as photographs, VHS tapes, and DVDs) into digital formats, all orders are considered custom work and are generally non-refundable once the service has been completed.
However, if we are unable to convert an item due to damage, deterioration, or technical incompatibility, you will receive a full refund for that specific item’s conversion fee. Refunds do not apply to media that has been successfully converted or to quality issues caused by pre-existing damage, poor original recording, or other factors outside our control.
If you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your digital files. We will review your concern and, if necessary, attempt a re-conversion at no additional cost. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do not accept returns of physical media after service completion, but all original materials will be returned to you with your order unless otherwise arranged.
